The people behind the designs.
We’re the problem-solvers. The pick-up-the-phone-when-you-call people. The people who care as much about your project as you do. We all love a design challenge (and a Friday afternoon office music playlist). And all of us, from project managers to interns, are all-in on your project’s success.

A Garzweiler mining project that I worked on in Juchen, Germany is one of my favorite projects. It fueled my passion in architecture. The displaced population of the mines was able to return to their original native area through a five-phase development. I like overnight winter hiking. My husband and I used to do an annual hike up Adams on New Years Eve. We’d stay over at Gray Knob or the Crag, hike/snowshoe down in the morning. One year we trailblazed down after a storm had come through the night before. Then there was that one time we didn’t make it to the shelter and we overnighted on the side of the mountain… But that’s another story on a different mountain.
