Independent, affordable living community for adults age 62+.

Designed for Easterseals of New Hampshire, Champlin Place is an affordable independent senior living community located on a serene, wooded site. The three-story, 75,180 sf building is designed to meet the needs of residents 62 years of age or older who want to live in an affordable, well-equipped, modern apartment in an independent living setting.

The exterior design establishes a visual connection to the existing Champlin house, which houses the Easterseals Homemaker Health Services operation. The 65 one- and two-bedroom apartments feature modern finishes, large windows, and walk-in closets. The secured entry building also includes community and social rooms.

The project was developed using affordable housing funding and tax credits through the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA).
